The Brief
We first met Rich and Em two years before we eventually worked with them. They loved living in Binfield, but their growing family needed more space. They spoke to us about their options including a garage conversion and double-storey side extension. Ultimately they decided upon a single-storey rear extension to give them a larger open plan family kitchen and dining space that would look out onto the south-facing garden, which they also had plans for.
The Result
We delivered a stunning new extension to the rear of their property, with amazing bi-fold doors to provided the connection with the garden they wanted. A fabulous roof lantern adds to the sense of space by raising the ceiling height. We also helped them open up their lounge door, fit underfloor heating, lay new floors throughout, install a new boiler and level their garden. Take a look at the video to hear from them yourselves.
